A modern solution to a modern problem

We understand the harsh impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our ability to visit our loved ones in aged care. Not everyone is able to utilise video calling services on mobile phones, especially those with dementia or who struggle with mobility and motor skills. CareWindow provides a simple and intuitive solution for friends and family to stay connected with their loved ones at the simple touch of a button. CareWindow is a videophone for people living with dementia or disability.

Our founders

Motivated by the challenges they faced during Covid-19, Zachary Bailey and Fiona Symons aimed to transform communication for aged care residents. Their creation, CareWindow, is an iPad-sized videophone designed for those with cognitive and mobility issues.
