No, you don’t need any email. You just need to set a profile picture and a profile name to get started.

When you turn on the device, there will be a screen with a “Set up Wi-Fi” button. You can select any available Wi-Fi network you want to connect and type in the password and tap “connect”.

There is another way to connect to the internet in case you do not have a Wi-Fi connection. That is by a sim card with internet access. You just need to insert the sim card and your device will confirm if the internet is connected.

The process of people adding you as a contact is very simple. There are a few ways but the most straightforward one is that the person should install CareWindow smartphone app, set up their profile and scan the QR code in the pairing screen of your device.

Yes, there is an option to auto answer the upcoming calls which you can turn on in the settings screen. You can also set your device on “Do not Disturb” which allows you to block all the incoming calls in your particular time frame.

You can certainly mute the incoming call ringtone if you don’t want to hear it. There is no way to change the ringtone.

You do not have to do anything. Your device software will update automatically once a new software version is published by the CareWindow team.

On the top right corner of the homescreen you can see your profile photo. Just tap on your profile photo and you will be able to edit your profile.

This feature of calling multiple devices at the same time (Group call) is in development and will be rolled out soon.

During the call, you can tap on the settings button located on the bottom left corner of the screen and then adjust your microphone accordingly.
